Time For Yourself is a private facility, not a gym. Personal training sessions are 1:1 without additional people in the training room. Small group classes are limited to 9 people that work within their own 8x8 training square. Precautions are taken throughout the studio to ensure distancing and sanitation.
As a NASM-certified personal trainer, I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that reaching a fitness goal can be challenging, and my objective is to empower you to overcome hurdles and achieve your goals. I offer options to work 1:1, in small groups, or through prerecorded Zoom videos to use in the comfort of your home. Small-Group (up to 9 people) sessions include drop-in classes and 4-week series.
As a therapeutic massage therapist with 20 years of experience, I incorporate Swedish massage techniques with Myofascial Release to ensure the best results for my clients. I use professional lotions with anti-inflammatory properties and offer a peppermint foot cream to provide a decrease in inflammation and pain, improved circulation, and enhanced relaxation. I also incorporate Biofreeze (a topical analgesic) over problem areas when necessary. Taking Time For Yourself is an important and often overlooked piece of the health care puzzle.
As a doctor of Clinical Nutrition and a member of the American Nutrition Association (ANA), I take the importance of food choice seriously. I look at the individual goals, symptoms, genetics, family history, culture, and lifestyle. I understand that adapting to new eating habits can be difficult. Together, we will investigate your needs and goals to design a plan. I aim to help you see how nutrition plays a role in who you are and how you feel. I firmly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you can put yourself in the best position to achieve your goals.
I also offer virtual groups on specific nutrition topics. Please check the schedule to see if there is a topic you would like to learn more about.

Functional training prevents injury and keeps us strong. It supports us while we are working out and when we are moving through out the day. We can schedule a personal training session and meet one to one. You can join my small group training and workout with other like minded individuals working towards improving their health. You can also join me through Zoom and get a workout in when it works best in your schedule. We use body weight, free weights, and medicine balls.
