I offer drop-in classes without long-term commitments or contracts. Clients have the freedom to choose when and how often they participate. This flexibility accommodates busy schedules and allows individuals to tailor their fitness routine according to their needs. With a maximum capacity of nine people per session and designated 8' x 8' squares, I ensure that each participant receives my focused attention. This personalized approach allows me to provide individualized guidance and corrections.

The month starts once the first class is scheduled. This may be used for all small-group classes.
1:1 training can be done in the office, outside, or through Zoom. NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified since 2012.

I have a 24-hour cancelation policy. You must cancel with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your appointment or you will be charged.
We will look at goals and write a program to help you reach them. You become empowered and challenged by a program designed for you. I take your abilities, restrictions, and goals into consideration before your program is designed. You will not get a cookie-cutter workout. You will get stronger and prevent injury while working on your goal. You can use the program to continue to work with me or on your own.
We will meet once a week for a month. This is an opportunity to commit and work together. Working out with me on a regular basis provides accountability. It also allows me to have the opportunity to make corrections in case you are out of position. This helps to prevent injury and safely work towards your goal. You will do a workout with me as well as homework to do on your own.
You can come in exclusively for measurements to track your progress on your own. The information is provided on an excel sheet so future measurements can be compared side by side.

In 30 minutes, we can relax your upper body. Taking the tension out of your neck, back, and arms. These areas are the most common places to hold tension. It can also be used to focus on areas of tension, soreness, or pain.
One hour allows enough time to relax or release muscle tension. It can boost your immune system and help detoxify your body through lymphatic movement.
1 1/2 hours can provide focused attention to tight, sore, or painful areas. It will also offer enough time to help you relax, boost your immune system, and detoxify your body through lymphatic movement.
A package of 3-60 minute massages can be used by one person or divided between multiple people. This promotion includes a tube of professional strength Biofreeze that helps to decrease tension and soreness.

I understand that making lifestyle changes can be challenging. Especially when you lead a busy life. I make recommendations and work with you in making decisions. You leave appointments with steps that you agree to. I want you to feel empowered and successful, not overwhelmed. You receive notes from our appointments and recipes appropriate to your goals. I will check in with you once in between meetings. Nutrition visits may be in person or virtual.
Scheduling of nutrition appointments must be done directly through me. I can be reached at (802) 379-4159. Paperwork must be completed and submitted before your initial meeting, so I have time to review it, prepare questions, and research before you come in.

The evaluation includes information on goals, concerns, personal and family health history, labs, measurements, current medications, and supplements. This helps me to get a better understanding of your individualized nutrition needs. You will receive recommendations (backed by research) on nutrition and lifestyle changes. Paperwork must be completed and submitted in advance so I can start putting your information together. The initial office visit takes between 1-1 1/2 hours.
Meeting for a 1/2 hour weekly to twice a month helps keep you accountable and stay on task. There are more opportunities to ask questions and feel supported while you are learning how to make changes in nutrition and lifestyle. Making changes can be challenging, especially in the beginning. The support of meeting more often helps many to feel confident and empowers them to adapt to change quickly.
In this 1 hour appointment, you will continue to get information to help you progress into better health and reach your goals. Discuss obstacles and learn strategies to overcome them. Find support and encouragement to make long-term changes in nutrition and lifestyle. Meeting monthly can be a good option for the client who feels comfortable with the changes and needs less accountability. This appointment meets once a week to once a month, depending on the client's needs.
