Credits are for sessions in the office, for Zoom classes online, or a combination of the two. You book yourself when it works in your schedule. Zoom classes are prerecorded, so they can be done at any time of day and are available for one week. Credits can be purchased, and sessions can be booked through the Small Group Schedule page. I write all the programs offered to take the clients' goals and abilities into consideration.
