During Perimenopause, Menopause, and Postmenopause June 1st - 28th
Perimenopause, Menopause, and Postmenopause can be hard to navigate when you feel like you have lost control over your body. It can feel isolating, confusing, and frustrating. I created this 4-week mini course to start the conversation and let you know that you don't have to go through this alone.
This program is designed to help you understand some of the changes you may be going through. We will focus on decreasing hot flashes and improving energy before the 4th of July. We will cover key topics including reducing stress, sleep, nutritional needs, hydration, and exercise. We will also discuss why your cravings and mood swings may shift and what you can do about them. You will get handouts, meal plans, and motivational quotes to help you stay inspired and keep you on track.
You will receive a prerecorded video on Wednesdays, and we will meet by Zoom on Saturday mornings at 9 a.m. The Zoom meetings will be recorded, so if you miss it, you can watch it later.
We have the opportunity to meet live at my office on the last day of the program, June 28th, at 9 am. It is a chance to ask questions and hear other women's experiences with perimenopause and menopause.
It is time to start the conversation. I would love for you to invite your sister, cousin, mother, friends, and co-workers to join you.
